Join Out There for this uniquely Winnipeg walk as we admire the seasonal light displays at The Forks and throughout Downtown. 

MEETING INFO: We will meet at the Travel Manitoba Centre at the far west end of Johnston's terminal (25 Fork's Market Rd.) beginning at 5:45pm, with a plan to depart at 6pm.

PARKING: There is plenty of paid parking at the Forks. If you are willing to do some extra walking you can find free street parking further to the north.

BUSES: There are several buses that run north/south on Main and routes that run east/west on Provencher/Pioneer.

PLANNED ROUTE: The density of light displays fluctuate each year, so that will dictate to a degree our path. We will start with a loop through The Forks, before heading to Main St. where we will wind our way up to Portage Ave. We will make our way back either by Broadway or the River Walk.

FOLLOWING:  After the walk feel free to stick around The Fork's Common for a warm beverage, adult beverage or some eats.

REGISTRATION: None needed for this walk. Just meet us at the Travel Manitoba Centre.

COST: Loonie donations for Out There will be collected.

GUESTS: Are welcome. This is a 2SLGBTQIA+ event, so guests should be community members or allies.

DOGS:  Dogs are not welcome inside of The Forks, but may join on the walk if they stay on leash and can match our pace.
