Joan is a web developer and a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. She is currently maintaining the OTW’s website, which was originally redesigned by Mandi Maxwell. She pours her heart into projects that uplift and celebrate queer voices. Outside of work, she's likely on a weekend adventure, exploring Winnipeg's hidden gems with her partner and camera, lost in a video game world, or simply enjoying quiet moments at home with her two adorable cats.

Tommy is always working on something—whether it’s building his small business, experimenting with content creation, or learning a new skill. He’s curious, community-minded, and thrives on growth (and maybe a little too much bubble tea). His screen time is mostly “market research”—or at least that’s what he tells himself.

Thomas Novak is a pastoral worker and actor that has served as Out There's secretary since 2008. He helps coordinate Out There Badminton, Charades, and Hiking.
